Edward H. Rigney

Ed was an Air Force Veteran. He was proud of being in the Teamsters Local 667 in Memphis, TN. He was a 4 million mile safe driver for Roadway Express and after 34 years he retired from Roadway.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Mattie Rigney and his siblings.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Maxine Rigney, his daughters, Tracie Moore (Johnnie), Sherry Jones (Scott); grandchildren, Jessica Trotter (Michael), Jammie Moore, Kayla Crook (Josh), Courtney Bowman (Bradley); great-grandchildren, Lane Densford, Laken Densford, Chandler Maeve Trotter, Vince Trotter, Anna Trotter, Logan Campbell, Briley Crook, and Braelyn Crook. He was also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 8th, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will be on Wednesday, May 9th, at 2:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN.
