Carol S. Turner

Carol was the Choir Director, Sunday School Teacher, assistant treasurer, and was an elder at Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She retired from Auto Zone as the Director of the Treasury after 25 years. She was then the Manager of Treasury Operations at Service Master for a number of years. Carol was also an avid Memphis Tigers fan.

She was preceded in death by her son, Travis Turner and her daughter, Kelly Turner.

She is survived by her husband, Jerre Turner of 40 years; her sons, Curt and Eric Turner; her parents, Marion and Barbara Stroud; her sisters, Debbie Cross, Sandra Pulliam (David); nieces and nephews, Brandon Cross (Angie), Kristen Riley (Sean), Matthew Pulliam (Sarah), Taylor Pulliam, Erin Turner, Elise Turner; great nieces and nephews, Cooper Riley, Connor Riley, Madeline Pulliam, Elizabeth Pulliam, Lizzie Spicer; and her faithful companion, Nemo.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials go to Faith Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, April 15th from 1:00pm to 2:00pm at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens at 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 2:00pm. Interment will be at West Union Cemetery.
