Rodney Leroy Oakes

Rodney Leroy Oakes, age 73, of Barstow, California passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Rodney went on to serve our country in the Army as an aircraft mechanic which he turned into a career as a mechanical engineer for 27 years.

Rodney is survived by his wife of 36 years, daughter Mary, son Bobby, and five grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Penny. He was preceded in death by his parents William and Arlene and sisters Roxanne and Kathy.
