Dan Raymond Huff, Jr., known as Danny, went to Heaven unexpectedly on October 1, 2024. He is survived by his wife of twenty years, Amanda; parents Dan and Connie Wright, father Dan Raymond Huff, Sr., children Shahn (Colin), Rachale, McKenzie and Remington, five grandchildren; sisters Konaé and Nichole (Gary) and their children. He is also survived by his wife's children Jamie (Dave), Kasie (Lee), Jill (Frank) and Luke (Erica), nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Danny was a heavy equipment mechanic with various companies and organizations over his life. He worked nearly ten years with the Marine Corp Logistics Base, Yermo Annex, and most recently with KBR at Fort Irwin. He had many adventures driving loads across the United States as a hot shot long hauler and worked long days and nights as a commercial truck emergency roadside technician. Danny was always ready to help anyone who needed it, from the stranger broken down on the side of the road to friends and family who needed anything moved. Danny loved when he was able to be with his family, especially his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Most importantly, Danny loved Jesus Christ. He and his wife read the Bible every morning, followed by their devotionals, and he prayed every day for his family and friends. Join the family in celebrating Danny’s life at 10 am on October 25 at First Baptist Church, 1320 Barstow Road, Barstow, CA. Reception to follow.
