My sincere condolences to the Meunier and Lindquist families on the loss of their beloved  Tracy.  Rest in peace dear lady.

Our sincere condolences to  Neil and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time. 

Tracy was my big cousin; the cousin that teaches you about running through the sprinkler, stealing cookies out of the cookie jar, riding a bike up and down a dirt road.  Doing butterfly dances and line dances at Mellowdale Hall.   Laying on a blanket starting up at the blue sky with the fluffy clouds.  Rest easy Tracy. Your giggle is forever in my ears and heart. 

Tracy was much more than an employee of Pembina Hills, she was a key person involved in the creation of the school division. Besides keeping the numbers positive, she promoted a positive mindset with every trustee, senior leader and school principal. Tracy had the best interest of her community in mind with every education plan and budget. Her knowledge of the communities we serve was invaluable. I was one of the numerous principals whom she taught to do a school budget. Her patience seemed endless. There are parts of her character that will be forever part of how I think and feel. Tracy’s service to the community exceeded everyone’s expectations. Our community’s children and grandchildren will grow and learn in schools made possible in part by her contribution. 

Tracy was a beautiful soul she had an infectious laugh. Her cheeks would get a  lovely red glow 😍. We made many lovely memories together.  We will cherish them .  A quote  by Thomas Campbell that helped us through our Grief Journey is:
"To Live in Hearts we Leave Behind is Not To Die"

So sorry for your loss. Tracy  knew how to have fun and made life fun . I knew her as a young Mom and a colleague . Her bubbly personality was a gift and she also knew her business well. I am sorry for the loss for all of you. 

Tracy was an inspiration and role model.  She was always smiling and cheerful and caring and passionate about her family and about education and the school district.  She is and will be greatly missed.

I met Tracey about 20 years ago through ASBOA functions,  She will be truly missed by anyone who met her.  She was kind, considerate and always willing to help out a colleague when they needed advice.

My condolences to Tracy’s family. I am a former work colleague who was lucky enough to have met Tracy at my first provincial meeting many years ago. She truly was a remarkable woman who supported me whenever I reached out. She will be missed. 

To the Meunier and Lindquist families,
We extend our sincere sympathy in the passing of Tracy.  Although she has left us far too soon, Tracy  left an  indelible impression with so many and  will be sorely missed.
May time heal your sorrow and in the days ahead may  happy memories give you comfort.

Through all of the ups & downs, changes & challenges that we faced at Pembina Hills (also prior to '95, County of Barrhead), Tracy was the voice of reason, the calm, the innovator; she was the 'rudder' of the organization.  Although her role was dealing with finances, she really understood education, and that it is the children that matter.  I always respected Tracy's point of view.  Tracy was approachable,  reasonable, a good listener; just an all round clever, sweet, cheery lady who will be greatly missed.  Thankful to have had the opportunity to work with her, to have been supported by her, and to have learned from her.

Tracy was such a wonderful human inspiration of compassion, care, fairness, hardwork and passion for supporting others. I learned so much from Tracy and will carry those important lessons in my heart forever.

Tracy was an amazing person ...not only did she lead with integrity but always put what was best for students ahead of any other consideration. She gave great guidance  and even at a young age had  wisdom far beyond her years.
A great friend and mentor.

Tracey was a bubbly and effervescent woman who always seemed to have a smile. It was a joy to be in her presence. I enjoyed her as a student, then as a young person in my constituency office, and then as she grew as a very professional administrator with both Barrhead County and Pembina Hills. Fond memories will remain.
Kristina  remembers her as a woman with a very positive work ethic who cared about people. May she find eternal peace.
