Sylvia Golby

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sylvia M Golby (nee Harms) on July 28, 2023 at the age of 88 years. She is survived by her loving family; son Shawn Golby, daughter Leata (Ward) Gunson and family Michael, Heather, Brian and grand-daughter Acacia, daughter Jori-Ann Dearing and family Roxanne, Chelsy, Steven and grand-son Maverick and son Vernon (Lynn) Golby and family Rita, Alison(Rodney), Kyla (Derek) & Travis (Chelsea) and their grandchildren Mackenzie (Colby), Brody, Rylan, Shevie, Alyssa, Aidan, Sydnee, Emma, Jonathon, Jay and Bennett; siblings, Louise Trimble, Diane Stoppler & Bill (Rita) Harms and numerous other relatives.

She was pre-deceased by her husband Johnnie Golby of 56 years, parents Marvin & Alisa Harms and many other relatives. A funeral service will be held on Thursday August 3, 2023 at 11:00 am at Rose Garden Chapel in Barrhead with Floyd McKeever officiating, Internment took place at Poynter Cemetery.
