COWBOY DARBY, I discovered your elementary school pic & asked Erica to post for your viewers. This pic was Darby's age of innocence  I guess 8 years old? He wore a cowboy hat to school daily at the Busby elementary school but would get into cowboy fights so had to stop the fun! LOVE ALWAYS, DAD I );-D

DARBY's headstone is up & looks great, I will ask his friend ERICA to post it here. I hope to get out there soon before the snow flies OH MY! DARBY was METIS perhaps that's why he was a good hunter & fisher, had more patients than I ever had. I miss all his bountiful hunting already, he would have made a great guide & he shot as much with his bow as he shot & maybe fished a little more. Hunting was where he found his greatest peace!

Good morning DARBSTER, Fall is progressing mildly I've only seen 3 deer South of here. The cattle are still on the land but the grass is done. & oh the mice are really pushing to move in, "PESKY THINGS!"
I suspect I'm going to be here another winter but my passport is ready to escape this popsicle stand forever as there is nothing keeping me here. Everything is so quiet, CALM BEFORE THE STORM, "YIKES!"

GOOD MORNING DARBY, I trust all is perfect with you these days. I haven't seen to much wildlife this year perhaps because of all the smoke day after day. Things here are not progressing as I'd hoped, I suspect I will be here for another winter? I'm still looking (not really)  for the 4 Runner keys the truck is enough anyways. I'm hoping to be out of here before the snow flies to Mexico or? driving.

Hey Darby the COYOTES were houling for you last night, they miss you too. Your mom sister & Andrew are having a tough time but hey he got a great job by Barrhead. I'm doing good just alot bored I talk to uncle Rick alot & run here there & everywhere. Got my license for 5 years & waiting for my passport as the acreage will be sold soon.

Since Darby's passing the coyotes are howling and are bold enough to come close to the house to pay their respect as they knew Darby was searching for them perhaps in fun for both?

Or perhaps like me still can't believe you gone. We all miss you son but know you in the place of everybody's dream HEAVEN! I WILL SEE YOU THERE SOMEDAY "FORGET ME NOT DAD." );-])

IT is sad there is no more condolences or comments as I was the last one. The loss of Darby puts a void in my heart but a relief that he's safe forever. I love you & miss you forever.
I didn't realize at birth DARBYs name was my name backwards with a y BRAD but Darby was named from "DARBY O GILL & THE LITTLE PEOPLE!" a Disney classic I watched as a boy & I'm half Irish so it fit.

Darby my son was always moving, the bike you see had to be repaired as I had to haul Darby & it back to aunty Sacha's (he loved it there).
That magnificent moose was the best & shot close to our Busby home. Darby loved it here & would stop to stay often & he would sit in his blind for hours hunting. I see that blind everyday & call him in, it helps me keep him alive as he lives in me.

As his father I felt all his successes & failures & repeated verbally his errors to him so he wouldn't repeat as we all did. At only 26 he did more than me at his age. Unfortunately his good news job would lead him to his final bad choice.

"I love you & miss you forever & will keep you alive as long as I live!"

Love and Miss you Darby! I am so blessed to have had you in my life and apart of my family. You will always be like a brother to me. I am thankful for our time together, the memories we made, and the proud of the lives you impacted. I loved seeing you tell jokes, smile, and laugh.

 A huge loving heart and beautiful soul you will be sorely missed by all of us lucky enough to of Known you.   One of the lights of your Grandma Dawnas life.  She fought hard and strong for those she loved.  The only solice in all of this is that Darby now is in his grandmas arms surrounded by her love.  We will carry Darby with us in our hearts. I'm so sorry for his family's loss he was a good friend and a great hunting buddy I will definitely miss him now and this fall/ everyfall after this. He was with me when I shot my first deer. Showed me what to do after it's down. I'll forever miss him.
