From a stick horse to an Arabian Horse, the saddle has always been Bernice's home. She had a great love and passion for horses and riding. If she wasn't found on the back of a horse, she was found in the garden, another thing she loved.
In her later years, she enjoyed playing card games and shuffleboard with family and friends.
Bernice loved to listen to music, particularly country music. One of her favourite songs was "Don't fence me in."
"Give me land, lots of land under starry skies above; let me ride through the wide open country that I love. Don't fence me in."
The fences are down, and she can ride her beloved horses under the starry skies through the wide open country.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Barrhead Continuing Care Center.
There will be no service held.
