Arthur Dams, age 82, of Barrhead, Alberta, passed away on Thursday, May 19, 2022. Art was born October 5, 1939 three months after his family’s arrival in Canada from Poland. He was the third child of August and Olga Dams. After graduating from high school in 1958 and working away for a few years, Art returned to the farm and took up farming full time with his brother, Edmund. They farmed together until Ed passed away in 2010. Art loved the outdoors, farming, trapping, hunting, and music. Art is survived by his sister Edna Kleinfeldt, and her two children, Darlene (Tony) Klassen, Ron (Chris) Kleinfeldt, and 7 great nieces and nephews.
