Rose Witter passed away on October 28, 2024; beloved mother of John Panholzer, Kelly Witter, and the late Thomas Abel and April Panholzer; loving fiancee of Joseph Peddicord; Cherished grandmother of Kaylie Panholzer, Marrisa Panholzer, Ayden Panholzer, and Stephan Upchurch; great grandmother of Avery Rampley, and Elliott Panholzer; dear sister of Helen Colman, Bonnie Ditzel, and Regina Hyde.
The family will receive friends in the Burgee-Henss-Seitz Funeral Home, 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm.
Rose’s life will be celebrated at funeral home on Monday, November 4, 2024 at 12pm.
