On October 21, 2021 Charles E.”SKIP” Stover; beloved husband of 42 years to Maria Stover (Courpas); devoted father of Christina Yingling and her husband John Yingling; Cherished Papou of Nicole Yingling; dear brother of Rick Stover, Mick Stover, Cookie Varner and the late Tim Stover; brother in law of Kaliopi Provencher and her husband Jerry and Constantine Courpas, and his wife Linda.
Skip is also survived by many loving family and friends.

Mr. Stover will lie in state in Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation , 24 W. Preston St., Baltimore, MD 21201 on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 12:00-12:30pm with a Funeral Service beginning at 12:30pm.
Interment St. Demetrois Greek Orthodox Church Cemetery, 2504 Cub Hill Road, Parkville, MD 21234. Flowers may be sent to the Funeral Home or Contributions may be made to Greek Cathedral of the Annunciation, 24 W. Preston St., Baltimore, MD 21201 or visit www.annunciationbaltimore.org.
