Steven Bradly Underwood

Steven Bradly Underwood, 53 A much-loved husband, father, son and brother, Steve Underwood, 53, of Bakersfield, CA, passed away suddenly on November 22, 2013. He was born August 24, 1960 in Bakersfield, CA to Larry and Shirley (Thomas) Underwood. Steve will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Elisa Underwood (Redfearn), his daughters, Natalie and Stephanie Underwood along with their mother Cindy Underwood; and daughter Kaylynee Redfearn whom he loved very much. He leaves his loving memories to be cherished by his younger sister Stacey Rueb; niece Megahn Baker and nephew Zachary Baker. He is also survived by his loving In-Laws; Barbara Damann and partner Margo Brown of Porterville, CA and Harold Dickerson of Oroville, CA. He is also remembered by his aunts Sharon Henson and Mary De Clute, by an extended family of cousins, by Judy Dempsey and Kelly West and by many special friends. Steve is preceded in death by his grandparents Bob and Dorothy Schubbe, grandfather George Thomas, grandparents Bob and Goldie Underwood, and his Uncle Tony Thomas. A memorial service will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park at 9101 Kern Canyon Road, Bakersfield, CA 93306 on Monday, December 2, 2013 at 11:30 am with Milt Cole officiating, followed by a Celebration of Life at the Kern Law Enforcement Association (KLEA) Hall at 3417 Pegasus Drive, Bakersfield, CA 93308.
