As a resident of Kern County for 66 years, Alice worked for many years in the retail sales field as a sales associate at Gottschalks' Department Store and in concessions at the Famoso Raceway. She was an avid seamstress and dressmaker creating prize winning dresses shown at the Kern County Fair and was a "Lucky Charm" when it came to WINNING BIG at the Casino.
Alice is survived by; daughter Gina Kroeker; daughter Diana Hambrick; son Richard Dominguez; and daughter Denise Odom; significant other John Bowser.
Grandchildren; Tyler Hambrick, Ryan Hambrick, Mason Hambrick, Nathan Odom, MaKayla Harris, Brendan Dominguez, Shelby Odom, Kaylie Dominguez and Clayton Odom.

Many family members and friends including her loving concessions co-workers and beloved Famoso Pit Crew.
Alice was preceded in death by; father Benjamin Romero Flores and mother Concepction Apodaca Flores.
Services for Alice will be held on Monday, July 16, 2018, at Hillcrest Memorial Park and Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and a Celebration of Life and Catholic Liturgy Service will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be immediately following at Hillcrest Memorial Park's Holy Cross Lawn.
Serving as pallbearers are Blake Bowser, Mark Dawson, Jim Black, Brian Taylor, Steve LaBarber and Mike Meier.
