DI PAOLA - Salvatore of Islip, (Formally of Valley Stream, LI, NY, on April 12, 2019, went home to be with the Lord, at the age of 83. Beloved husband of 56 wonderful years, to Marie. Loving Father of Joseph (VitaMarie) DiPaola, Salvatore (Vita) DiPaola, Roselle (Richard) Marinelli and Lisa DiPaola. Adored Grandfather of Salvatore, Samantha, Gabriella, Alexa, Anthony, Joseph and Sophia. Cherished brother of Rosario DiPaola and Josephine Zinerco. He was a proud Knight in The Knights of Columbus. He loved his career as a Chef in the culinary field and his fur baby Zeus. Friends an family may visit at the Claude R. Boyd – Spencer Funeral Homes, 448 West Main St., Babylon Village, Monday, 2-4:30 and 7-9:30 pm. Funeral Mass Tuesday, 10am at Our lady of Grace R.C. Church, Babylon. Entombment to follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Farmingdale.
