Mary Jane Beck, age 80, of Bay Shore, New York passed away on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Mary Jane was predeceased by her beloved husband of 43 years Robert. Mary Jane worked at the Brentwood Library for over 30 years. She loved reading, going to the YMCA, singing in the choir(for over 40 years!), and socializing with friends. Most of all Mary Jane just enjoyed being in the company of her family. Mary Jane was an amazing woman who leaves behind a beautiful legacy. When you think of her, pick up a book and read.
Mary Jane is survived by her daughter Bunny; her daughter and son-in-law Robin (Kemmy); her daughter and son-in-law Susie (Vinny); her son and daughter-in-law Robert Jr (Melissa); and her daughter and son-in-law Regina (Chris); her grandchildren Gina, Anna, Neil, Vinny, Lacey, Jesse, Zach, Dana, Justin, Jamie, Bobby, Lisa, Alexa, Sammy, Ally, Sean and her great-grandchildren Gianna, Julian, Ivy, Miley, Logan, Liliana.
A visitation for Mary Jane will be held Sunday, June 25, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral mass will occur Monday, June 26, 2023, at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, 455 Hunter Ave, West Islip, New York 11795. An interment will occur Monday, June 26, 2023, at 11:30 AM at St Charles Cemetery, 2010 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, New York 11735.
