Tommy Jackson, age 47, passed away in mid-September. He was born in Austin, Texas but lived in The Big Bend where he spent most of his time welding and cowboying. Tommy was loved and respected by all his friends and family. Tommy was an Episcopalian and attended church regularly as long as his mother (Betty) was alive. He is survived by his father, Herbert Jackson; sister, Janey Leach; niece and nephews; and his best friend, Grant Morgan. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress. Graveside services will be hosted by Richard Haas the following morning at Capital Memorial Park at 10:00 am.
