Scott was preceded in death by his father Larry Dean Goodman. His family includes his mother Myrna Goodman, his brothers Shane Goodman (Tina) and Steven Goodman, his sister Connie Calder (Dave), four nieces, one nephew, and several grand-nieces and nephews. He likely died from a heart attack, but an autopsy is pending.
Scott loved music and playing guitar. He was an avid reader, fisherman, and had an excellent memory. He worked for GeoData Corp and their sister company, Katalyst for forty years while residing in Austin, Texas and Yukon, Oklahoma. Scott was a kind hearted and good man. His family loves and misses him greatly.
He will be laid to rest in Twin Falls, Idaho among other family members at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
A memorial service for Scott was held Wednesday, August 4, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78750.
