Richard Louis Giuntoli, 82, of Austin, Texas returned to the arms of his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at St. David's South Austin Hospital in Austin, Texas surrounded by his devoted wife, Mary Ann and his children.
Richard was born June 3, 1935 in Milwaukee, WI at St. Luke's Hospital, the only child of the late, Armand E. and Gertrude A. (Konshak) Giuntoli. Richard a graduate of Milwaukee Lincoln High School and Marquette University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1959, he was married to Mary Ann Szilagyi on October 7, 1961 at St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Milwaukee, WI. They raised three children, Robert (Susie) Giuntoli of Austin, TX, Yvonne (Jeff) Borland of Muskego, WI, Catherine (Darrick) Giuntoli-DuBois of Muskego, WI; nine grandchildren, Rebecca, Emma, Marissa, Zachary, Hope, Claire, Drew, Chloe, Keaton; great-grandson, Jamey.
Richard worked as an engineer at Allis Chalmers for 30 years, then for 8 years at Boliden Allis Corp., before his retirement in 1998.
Richard and Mary Ann's devotion to each other was inspirational. All who met him experienced his kindness and humility. Richard enjoyed his Catholic Faith as member of St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, a wonderful sense of humor, traveling with his wife, visiting family and friends, model trains and drawing cartoons.

Visitation 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am Thursday, May 24, 2018 at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church with Reverend Dennis Strach II, CSC officiating..
