She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Gertrude Kieke, her two brothers and two sisters and her husband Alfred I Moen.
She is survived by her two children, Charles R Moen and wife Renee van der Vennet and Carol Ann Moen and partner Thomas Kagle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and their children and grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of Brookdale Parmer Lane, Brookdale Hospice, Hospice Austin and Ms. Moen’s physicians and their staffs for the kind care provided to her during her final years.
A visitation will be held Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 3:00pm-5:00 pm at Cook Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78752. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm Sunday, October 2, 2016 at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 N IH 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
