Jeff Dobbins, 88, of Red Rock, Texas formerly of Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on July 4, 2017. He was born on May 23, 1929, to Pat Dobbins and Mary Crandell Dobbins. Jeff spent most of his life in Kansas City as a gunsmith until he retired to Red Rock.
He is preceded in death by his parents and several siblings. Jeff will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Juanita Mae Dobbins; daughters, Emily Dobbins and Deborah Dobbins; sons, Donald Dobbins and wife, Cheryl and Daniel Dobbins and wife, Sally; sisters, Mary Beth Cazell and husband, T.J. and Dolly Jones; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; numerous other relatives; and a host of friends.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 12, 2017, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 10:00 A.M., in the Chapel. Interment will follow the Service at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
