On September 6, 1978, James Otis Folwer, Jr. was born and blessed to Elaine Hardman and James Fowler, Sr. in Austin, Texas. James was the only child born to the union of Elaine and James Sr. and the only child for 15 years before becoming a big brother.He attended the Windsor School Daycare, Woolridge Elementary, Burnet Middle School, Pearce Middle School, and Reagan High School. James was employed at the Palm School, Pizza Hut, and Paralyzed Veterans of Texas- Non Profit. He loved playing dominos, Play Station 5, watching sports, and posting a ton of snaps on SnapChat! He enjoyed spending time with family over a good meal at Pappadeaux, Amaya’s, Cracker Barrel, and Schlotzsky’s. James was most known for being a giving person and made everyone smile whenever he entered the building. He had the most forgiving and understanding heart than anyone you ever met. He is preceded in death by his grandmothers, Freddie Mae Selman and Celester Fowler; and his grandfathers, Willie F. Davidson and Lewis Fowler, Sr.James leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Elaine Hardman of Austin, Texas; his father, James Fowler, Sr. of Austin, Texas; pops, Gary Williams, Sr. of Austin, Texas; his brothers: Denzel Hardman of Austin, Texas, and Christopher Fowler of Austin, Texas; his sister, Stephanie Fowler of Dallas, Texas; his three beloved fur babies: Egypt Marie, LoLa Mae, and Paris; his special friend, Sheila Green of Austin, Texas; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. James will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
