Harry is survived by his wife, Cecile Ward (nee Munoz); his children, Harold (Elaina), Lincoln (Elisama), Brian (Ashley), Nathan (Carly), and Kimberly (Jimmy); and his eight grandchildren.
Harry was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 8, 1947 and grew up in Dupont, Indiana. He served as a sergeant in the United States Air Force and attended The University of Texas at Austin. On June 2, 1972 he married his sweetheart Cecile and welcomed his four sons and daughter who were the most important parts of his life. He retired from Frito-Lay as Route Merchandiser, and was an avid coffee lover, bowler, and Texas Hold’em poker player. He enjoyed traveling, classic rock music, and watching TV snuggled with his favorite pups.
A special thanks to the doctors, therapists, nursing staff, and technicians at both St. David South Hospital and Cornerstone Hospital for their compassionate care. Harry will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
A private service will be held for the family in November. A public celebration of life will be held at a later date in February 2022.
