Liz, as she was always known, will be lovingly remembered by the incredible number of people whom she touched over the years. As a teacher, she imparted a passion for the Spanish language that was truly infectious. As a friend, she exhibited wit, exuberance, and loyalty, qualities, which instantly drew people to her. As a family member, she was a solid presence, dependable and reliable. As a mother, she was without equal, always demonstrating kindness, patience, generosity and endless reserves of love.
Liz is survived by her son, John W. Agee III, and his husband, Luis Fernandez, of Paris, France, several cousins, and friends too numerous to count. She was predeceased by her husband, John W. Agee, Jr. and her brother, Michael Valikonis.
A Memorial Service for Liz will be held on Saturday, December 22 at 1:00 pm at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Ave.
