I only met Carolyn once but got to know her, a bit, through her sister-in-law, Chrystal.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing but know that she is finally resting.  She left a great impression while walking among us, and pushed on with life until the bitter end.  I know she left knowing she was very much loved by her husband, Bill, daughter, Patty, and by the one I have worked with, like forever, Chrystal Riley, her sister-in-law, and a multitude of famly and friends.  My prayers go out to all of you - including her mother, grandmother, parent-in-laws, Greg, and Greggy.

Although I never had the opportunity to meet you, my daughter, Sunny, felt like you were a second mother to her. I know she loved you and Bill and she is going to miss you so much.  My prayers and thoughts go out to Patty and Bill and pray that the wonderful memories they have with you give them comfort in the days ahead.

So sad to hear my friend and  former co-worker has passed. No more pain, no more tears. I will see you again soon. Love and prayers for her loved ones. She is dearly missed.

Carolyn and I  met while in marching band together, then I became friends with her future husband. After each of us graduated and got married, we spent many weekends at their home. Our daughters were just toddlers and we were all dirt poor, so backyard barbecuing, playing with the kids and Rose was about all we could afford. We were pretty sure Patti was never going to grow hair back then :)
 They always welcomed us into their home, Carolyn was usually cracking jokes or laughing out loud at someone elses. She loved to laugh. She was a strong willed woman and a natural leader. She was passionate about her family and an overall really exceptional woman. She will be missed. Thank you Carolyn for being such a great friend, wife and mother. Thank you for some great memories that will last a lifetime. Our deepest condolences, love and sincere prayers go out to her family.

Wow! I'm still in shock that Carolyn is no longer with us.  Carolyn was my supervisor at SORM.  My fondest memory of Carolyn is that she loved to dress up for Halloween.  Now she is wearing a long white robe and beautiful golden wings  Rest in peace my friend, until we meet again.

I worked with Carolyn for several years and will always remember her infectious laugh and smile.  Her spirit never dimmed.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Carolyn was initially a co-worker, then a friend and later became family to me and my family.  She could make me laugh when I wanted to cry.  She had such wonderful energy and she knew how to live life to the fullest.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.    I am honored to have been her friend.

I worked with Carolyn at SORM and will always remember her laugh, energy, and vest for life.  My and my family's thoughts and prayers to her family, she will be missed.

Carolyn was one of the most wonderful and joyous people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. I count myself honored to have had her friendship. She is dearly missed.

I have missed my friend for sometime now. I actually looked forward to my workday, knowing we would find something to laugh about everyday. Time to Rest. Love to Bill and Patty.

I have many wonderful memories of  Carolyn  "corn" I have  been very lucky to know her...one of many is when  we drove her white convertible to Commerce Tx to a Guns & Roses concert. That was the weekend she decided  she was going to marry Bill ... And she did!!
