Bessie Lee Ellis died on May 10, 2017 in Sunnyvale, TX at the age of 88. She was formerly from Austin, TX and was preceded in death by her husband, Chief Master Sergeant Haskell L. Ellis, Sr. and son, Jerry Thornton.
Bessie is survived by two sons and a stepdaughter and their spouses, Haskell and Diane Ellis, Tommy and Merrily Ellis, and Betty and Bill Clark from Florida, as well as six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Bessie will be buried with her late Husband at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, Texas on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
