He was born on January 15, 1953 in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico where he grew up.
He graduated from Universidad Autonoma De Mexico in 1990 before going on to work as Optometrist. Arturo was passionate about Optometry and anything to do with eye health.
He was actively involved in Church activities and around the world peace protests. He became passionate about religion during a retreat in Brazil and he continued on in Mexico and lastly in the USA until his death.
He is preceded in death by his parents and Brother Jose Casillas, Maria and Lupe Casillas
He is survived by his children Arturo, Patricia, Diego, and his wife Yaneth.
The family would like to thank Christopher House Hospice for the care and compassion they showed our loved one in their final days. Sherry, Teddy and Amelia were instrumental in making this process as smooth as possible.
Family and friends are invited to attend the celebration of his life at Cook Walden Forest Oak and Memorial Park on November 21, 2022 from 6pm-8pm. Visitation with the family will begin at 5pm.
