Anne Odessa Schmidt

Anne was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who dedicated her life to her family. Painting, sewing, and gardening were some of the many talents and skills she applied to create a home that was a comforting and welcoming place. Anne’s religious faith carried her through all the difficult times of her life. She attended St. Martin De Porres Catholic Church in Dripping Springs, TX.

Anne is preceded in death by her husband Edward Joseph Schmidt; her son Barry Carl Williamson; her son Robert Wayne Williamson; her son David Allan Williamson; her daughter Jay Anne Hord; her son-in-law Terry Michael Hord; her grandson James Ryan Hord, and her sister Wanda Jean Gaddis.

Anne is survived by her daughter, Carol Lynn Collins and her son-in-law John Collins of Pearland, TX; her grandchildren, Nathan Collins of League City, TX, Jacob Collins and wife Gabriela Collins of Houston TX, Amy Collins of Pearland, TX, Scotty Williamson and wife Amanda Williamson of Holly Springs, NC; Joey Williamson of Kyle, TX, Marshall Williamson, Morgan Williamson; Tony Hord, and Keith Hord of Kyle, TX; eleven great-grandchildren; her sister Shirley Michka of Crockett, TX; her sister-in law Mary Alma Beneski of Austin, TX.

Anne’s family wishes to thank all of the many outstanding caregivers at Stonebridge Health Center for their unfailing care in her final days of life.

A Memorial Mass will be held for Anne at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Dripping Springs, Texas.
