Anna Lisa Smith, age 56, passed peacefully on August 28, 2014, surrounded by her family. Lisa was born in San Antonio, TX on August 17, 1958 to Lee Roy and Ruth Haak. She is survived by her husband Byron Smith; brother Levi Haak and wife Cheryl; her daughter Danae Collins; son Serin Crouch and wife Keiko; son Duran Crouch and wife Deanna; grandchildren Taylor, Shelby, Kolby, Keiley, James and Abigail; and her beloved dog Tippie.
