Passed away peacefully on Wednesday March 23, 2011 with his family by his side in his 69th year. Reunited in heaven with his loving wife Bernice. Cherished by his dear children Dan, John (Nicole) and Kevin (Kara). Proud Poppa to Danielle, Brianna, Luke, John and Brody. Survived by his brother Ben. Algie will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Algie’s Life will take place Saturday April 2, 2011from 1 pm to 4 pm at Aurora Soccer Club (510 Industrial Parkway South).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Algie’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
