I just learned of Deb's passing and offer my sincere condolences to Tim and family and Hydro family who knew her.  Deb was a colleague and friend of mine during my years in HR at Hydro and I'm a better person for having known and worked with Deb.  I remember benefiting from her meticulous notes and thoughtful advice as I took on a client group from her.  We shared laughter and ideas on helping employees be the best they could be through her insight and caring firm way.  Wonderful person and great Hydro person who we'll all miss.
