Stephanie Lucille Mitchell

Stephanie was born in April of 1977, to Duane and Sabine Mitchell. She had an outgoing personality, and she always had a smile on her face that could not be forgotten. She loved ladybugs and sunflowers. She enjoyed reading, traveling, and watching tennis and swimming. She loved sports, and was a big fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Peyton Manning. She worked at U.S. Battery, Cable Sales Inc., and the YMCA after-school program.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Herman and Lucille Mitchell. In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother, Daniel Mitchell; her husband, Christopher North; her step-children, Krista North, Chandler North, Katelyn North, and Christopher North, Jr.; aunts and uncles and other family members; and many friends who loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends from 2-4pm and also 6-8pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, at Elliott Sons Funeral Home on Lumpkin Road. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Interment will immediately follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Rd, Augusta, GA, 30906.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Mitchell, Dennis Mitchell, Barry Goff, Jeremiah Bozeman, Chandler North, and Christopher North, Jr. An Honorary Pallbearer is Brett Avery, Jr.
