Charles Easler

Charles was born in Spartanburg, SC to Charlie Lee Easler and Alberta Tate Easler on September 19, 1931. He went to school in Cowpens, SC. He married Mary Kelligan on September 6, 1952, in Aiken, SC.

He retired from the Air Force after 20 years and was awarded Good Conduct Medals, Longevity Service Award, and the National Defense Service Medal. Afterwards, he was owner-operator of Easler Mobile Home Service. Throughout his high school years, he played baseball, basketball, and football. He also played baseball for the Air Force and was a member of Woodmen of the World.

Charles William Easler is preceded in death by his son, Jerry Lee Easler, and his parents, Charlie Lee Easler and Alberta Tate Easler. Charles Easler is survived by his wife, Mary Kelligan Easler, daughter Judy

Moore (Joe), son Lionel Easler (Misty), brothers Billy Easler and Kenneth Easler, sisters Lillian Campbell and Linda Webb, 6 Grandchildren, and 9 great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Friday, December 10, 2021, at Elliott & Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Rd, Augusta, GA. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
