Sandra A. Thompson

Sandra A. Thompson, age 82, of Dundee, Florida entered into rest on Friday, August 27, 2021. Sandra was born June 25, 1939 in Pavo, Georgia, the daughter of John W. Anderson and Mable Humphrey Anderson.

Sandra served as pastor's wife at Faith Holiness Church in Dundee, Florida, and was also the principal at Faith Christian Academy for over 35 years. She was very devoted to her faith and spent two years in Honduras with her family as missionaries, and also spent time with Brother Thompson in Ukraine with Faith Mission. One of her greatest passions was her prayer list. Sandra also loved to spend time working with her flowers and plants, spending time with her family, and cooking. She loved giving cookies to the children after church.

She is survived by her loving husband, Wilburn Thompson; her children, Mike Thompson of Haines City, FL, Greg Thompson (Kelly) of Avon Park, FL, Leah Keene (David) of Haines City, FL, Steve Thompson of Dundee, FL, and Bethany May (Bill) of Covington, GA; grandchildren, Kaley Elm (Jerry) of Lakeland, FL, Keaton Thompson (Stephanie) of Lighthouse Point, FL, Nathaniel Keene of Haines City, FL, and Aaron Keene, of Haines City, FL; great-grandchildren, Devin Thompson, Kayla Elm, Tyler Elm, Ethan Elm, and Rylee Elm; one brother, Richard Anderson (Iris); as well as other family members and friends.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, John W. Anderson and Mable Humphrey Anderson.
