Juan was born and raised in Puerto Rico. He moved his young family to New Jersey in 1953. Juan worked as a mechanic/machinist; there wasn't anything he couldn't fix. He believed in hard work, and through his hard work he lived the American dream and bought his first home for his wife and 9 children.
When Juan and Ana retired they moved from New Jersey to North Carolina, and then their final move to Winter Haven, Florida. He and his wife of more than 60 years loved Florida and the many wonderful, kind neighbors they met and were honored to call their friends.
Juan is survived by his children, Laura E. Schneider, Virginia Sanchez, Antonia Johnson, Anna M. Hall (Charles), Patricio Camacho (Marilou), and Orlando Camacho (Kimberly); 34 grandchildren, 54 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
]Juan is preceded in death by his wife, Ana Maria Camacho; children, Jose Camacho, Juan Camacho Jr., and Angelo Camacho.
A visitation for Juan will be held Friday, November 12, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Juan will be laid to rest in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, 2200 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida.
