Curtis attended schools in Minot, Turner and Poland, graduating in 2004. Curtis worked with his dad at Roak the Florist in the greenhouses and doing deliveries. He loved to spend time in the outdoors hunting, fishing, camping and just spending time with his two boys Hunter and Kolton. He loved watching old cartoons, family get togethers and spending time growing his plants. Curtis was always 420 friendly.
Curtis leaves behind his two sons Hunter and Kolton, his wife Cassandra Walker, all of Lewiston, his father Michael Small (Melanie) of Minot, his sister Michelle Billings (Greg) of Auburn, his mother Gail Coolidge (Chuck) of Mechanic Falls, as well as two nephews Alex and Logan. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins and good friends.
Curtis was predeceased by his maternal grandparents and step mother Elizabeth Berry Small as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Cook and the team of the ICU at CMMC.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
