Kathryn Chamberlain

CHAMBERLAIN (KRICK), Kathryn, age 101, of Auburn Hills, MI, passed away on July 29, 2018. She was born in Elyria, OH, on June 21, 1917. Kathryn graduated from Ferris State University where she studied cosmetology. She had a career in cosmetology and always had a passion for religion, family, working, cooking, crochet, gardening, the organ, reading, and having a good clean life. Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Chamberlain. She is survived by her children, Janice Nichols and Duane (Leah) Chamberlain; her grandchildren, Robert, Susan (John), Paul, Brittney, Kory, Debbie, Dwight, and Eric; her great grandchildren, Joshua and Edith; and of course her care givers, Helene Newburg and Bill Harden along with Hospice of Michigan who took care of her over the years. Visitation will be Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd, Auburn Hills, MI. A Graveside Service will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 at 1 PM at White Chapel Cemetery, 621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI.
