Sandra (Sandy) Lee Motes, 78, was born in Ash Fork, Arizona on Dec 27, 1939. A resident of Rocklin for 34 years, passed away at home Tuesday Apr 3, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, Willard (Bill) Charles Balcom Jul 25, 1984; her mother, Anna Frances Robinson Balcom Dec 14, 2011; and grandson David Michael Billy Dec 22, 2004. She is survived by her husband, George L. Motes of the family home; two daughters, Terrie Lee Billy of Pleasant Grove and Theone Lynn Coan of Cheney, WA.; two sons, James Daniel Tomason of Colfax and Leo Thomas Bahling Jr. of Newcastle; seven grandchildren, Samara Louise Coan of Cheney, WA., Natasha Renee Bahling of Auburn, Katherine Louise Bahling of Lincoln, James Daniel Tomason II and Robert Darrell Tomason of Colfax, Robert David Coan II of Cheney, WA., and Nathaniel Thomas Bahling of Auburn; four great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers contributions to your local American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Hospital in Memory of Sandra.
