Richard Randolph McNeely(Bud) passed away October 14, 2024 in Auburn.
He was born on February 2,1943 to Clayton and Bessie McNeely in San Francisco. He had an older brother, Clayton Lee.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Carol, daughter Yvette, son Richard, grandsons Dustin, Matthew and Joshua, great grandsons Anthony and Vincent, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Bud graduated High School at Nortey Del Rio in Sacramento. After which, he joined the United States Navy and served overseas in the South Pacific as a Communications Specialist. He then worked in Northern California as a civilian. He was an avid sailor. He loved old cars, gambling, garden railroads, camping, fishing and traveling. He will be celebrated for his extraordinary life.
