Wendy was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Underwood; father, Donald Elkins; step mother, Nell Elkins; and two brothers, Gregory Elkins and Christopher Robin Elkins.
She is survived by her husband, Gary Smith; son, Johnathan McCutcheon; daughter, Stephanie McCutcheon; brother, Donald Elkins II; sister, Melinda Grant; brother, Glenn Elkins; and grandchildren, Briley Sitz, Chloe McCutcheon, Ciji Maddox, Sylas Maddox, and Johnathan McCutcheon Jr.
