Teddy was born August 25. 1961 to Ted Hawk and Patricia H. Christopher. He was the first of four children and was a loving child and superior athlete. He was involved in multiple sports and led the teams he played to many victories. He was graduate of the class of 1980 at Emma Sansom High School. Teddy served proudly in the United States Marine Corps and graduated top of his class from the Registered Nursing Program at Gadsden State Community College. He worked many years in ICU at Riverview Regional Medical Center where he was awarded Nurse of the Year and continued the remaining years of his career in SICU at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. Teddy lived to direct and attend every AA meeting for the past 19 years. Teddy lived his life saving so many people not only through his work and service, but also by example, and is a reminder that we all have purpose in this life.
