James Kenneth Wilemon Jr.

Funeral Services for James Kenneth Wilemon, Jr. “R-Jar”, who passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 will be at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Timothy Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel & Crematory directing.

James was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was the oldest of ten siblings and friend to many. He served in the National Guard for many years and was an accomphished man of every trade possible. James was an avid Alabama fan who treasured his family most of all.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Susie Powell Wilemon and father, James Kenneth Wilemon, Sr.

He is survived by his loving wife, Connie Smith Wilemon; sons: Michael Wilemon, Jeffery (Courtney) Wilemon and Kenny (Lori) Wilemon; grandchildren: Kaitlyn (Anthony) Fleming, Dakota (Nicole) Wilemon, Morgan (Jeremy) Mitchell, Kyle (Rachel) Wilemon, Jessica Wilemon, Hannah Wilemon, Raygan Wilemon, Mallori Engelbrecht and Zach Willingham; great grandchildren: Harper Wilemon, Mia Wilemon, Lorali Engelbrecht, Josie Engelbrecht , Jayveon Rhetta, and baby Scarlett Fleming that is on the way; siblings: Joan (Ray) Smith, Jimmy (Becky) Wilemon, Travis (Becky) Wilemon, Doyle (Kaye) Wilemon, Odes (Kathy) Wilemon, Lynn (Kristy) Wilemon, Denise (Brian) Payne, Josh (Judy) Wilemon and Mary (Dan) Kelley.

Pallbearers will be his beloved brothers and grandsons.
