Funeral service will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel on Sunday October 15, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. The family will receive friends for visitation at the funeral home on Saturday evening from 6 to 8 P.M

Service will be officiated by Richard Watkins, Jon Costa, and Rev. Wes Walters.

Graveside Service and interment following at Morton’s Chapel Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Kell was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. Jackie was also a member of The Church at Wills Creek and a member of Briarmeade Golf Course, where he enjoyed countless days on the greens. He retired from Gulf States Steel, having worked in plate mill shipping for numerous years. Lovingly known as “Big Daddy” to his family- Jackie was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend he will be dearly missed.
