Mr. William H. Miller (93) passed away February 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, David C. and Lillian M. Miller; his sister, Margaret Lovett; and his brother, Jack Miller. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Miller; his daughter, Jamie G. Miller; his sons, William Gary Miller (Cheryl Miller) and Gregory R. Miller (Karl Eichelberger); his grandchildren, Jodi McKenzie (Israel Palacios) and Gary Todd Miller; and his great-grandchildren, Heather Bellew and Emma Palacios. He is also survived by his brother, David C. Miller, and many nieces and nephews.
William was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from Andrew Jackson High School. After leaving the Navy, he worked for Fruit Growers Express (CSX) until his retirement in 1985. He was devoted to his family, but yet he never met a stranger. He always said, “Every day is a good day.” We will miss him.
