She was born to Yakov and Anna Pavlov on December 05, 1953 in Moscow, Russia. After graduating from high school, Mila studied in a Moscow University where she met her husband, Michael Favorov. Together, they had 2 children: Andrew and Paul. In their 20s they explored the greatness of the USSR, from the lakes and rivers to the caves and mountains.
In their 30s they took a giant step to leave Moscow behind and moved to Atlanta, United States. Here they have started their second life, working, traveling, and raising children. Mila worked and mentored her sons and she helped them complete their higher education.
In their 40s and 50s they undertook another adventure and lived and worked in Kazakhstan, South Korea, and Thailand. This was also when she started giving her full time to charitable groups and organizations. Everywhere she lived she was able to contribute and support for a cause to help the less fortunate.
In the end, she returned to Atlanta and helped raise four beautiful grandchildren. She continued to volunteer, keep the family running, and share her love and passion with everyone.
A memorial service is scheduled for 11 am on November 28, 2020 at Arlington Memorial Park Pavilion located 201 Mount Vernon Hwy, Sandy Springs, GA 30328. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your preferred charity.
