You always wanted Alan on your team because he was honest, dependable, calm and steady as a rock, but more important than his accomplishments. Alan was simply a good man.
In lieu of flowers, he had a passion for sports; consider a donation to Georgia State University Foundation for GSU Athletic Dept or Gordon State College, Barnesville, GA for their Nursing Program.
At his request, no services will be held.
