A native of Athens, GA, Mr. Kilpatrick was the son of the late John Robert Kilpatrick and Sara Jean Kilpatrick. He was retired from the University of Georgia Carpenter Shop and the houseman over the Hope House in Athens.
Survivors include son, John Michael Kilpatrick of Gulfport, MS; sisters, Vicki Patton of Comer, GA and Jeanette Savage of Winder, GA; nephews, Eric Gunby and Michael Stapp; niece, Jeni Lee Myers; great nephew, Elijah Gunby, and great nieces, Rose Gunby and Ramonica Lackey.
Funeral services will be held 1PM Thursday, March 17th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home with Rev Luther Fouche officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6-8PM Wednesday, March 16th at Bernstein.
