A native of Baton Rouge, LA, Mrs. Williams was a daughter of the late Guy Kelley and Beulah Stevens Kelley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Bryant Jefferson Williams; brother, Clyde Kelley; sisters, Faye Plaisance, Carolyn Pratt, Nita York, Jewell Duplessis and Joyce Gilmore.
Survivors include children, Kyle Williams and Melissa Studdard (Billy); brothers, Dale Kelley and Benny Kelley; grandchildren, Cheyenne Studdard and Mitchell Studdard (Katelyn); great-grandchildren, Brentley Studdard, Coley Studdard, Elleigh Studdard; and one on the way.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Bernstein Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
