Chris, the journey you are now on is one of the most difficult ones. Trying to smile when you want to cry, to replay your last visit, to wonder if you did everything the way she would have wanted, to imagine her face smiling down on you and wishing you had one more day with her. Allow these emotions, they are part of the healing process. One day it will get alittle easier dear friend.

Very sorry to hear of your Mother's passing, Chris. I don't know if this was somewhat expected or very sudden...but, I know she was very dear to you and she will leave a huge hole in your life. I pray for your family's comfort and peace in this time of loss.

Your Mom may have lost the battle here, but she won the war. She is in Heaven enjoying all the blessings God has in store for her. Spend some time grieving for your loss, but rejoice for her victory. May peace be with all of you.
