Mr. Hamrick was born November 22, 1933 to Arline Lee Hamrick and Bernice Marie Warren Hamrick. He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Richard Hamrick, and one stepson, Ricky Dempsey.
Mr. Hamrick served in the U.S. Air force for four years. He attended worship at the Assembly of God Church. Tom was a wonderful man who dearly loved his family. He was loved by many friends and family members, who will miss him dearly.
Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Mabel Hamrick; three sons, John Hamrick, Robert Hamrick and wife Jean, Phil Hamrick and wife Michelle; two stepdaughters, Sharon Malone and husband Jack, Melissa Harrell and husband Kevin, four stepsons, Jackie Dempsey, Johnny Dempsey, Bobby Dempsey and wife Lucy and Jody Dempsey; one sister, Neil Bartlett; two grandchildren, Elena and Charlie Hamrick; and numerous step-grandchildren and great step-grandchildren.
The family will have a celebration of life gathering at his residence in Huntsville on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 2 p.m.
