Visitation will be Friday, September 4, 2020 from 12 pm to 1:45 pm with Graveside Service to follow at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery with Rev Dan Anderson officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Appleton, Rodney Treadaway, Harold Davis, Colby Neely, Chance Hargrove and Gary Schueneman.
He was survived by his wife Andrea Neely, daughters Shelby and Haley Neely, mother Janice Freeman, brother Michael Neely, nephew Colby Neely and niece Brittney Neely, cousins Tara Hargrove, Heath Norwood, and Sean Norwood.
He is preceded in death by his brother Larry Neely, father Fred Neely, uncle Larry Norwood and grandparents Sidney and Rena Norwood.
Garth was a very loving and caring husband, father, brother, son, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be seen again soon.
